Providers Choice conferences and workshops qualify for training hours required for maintaining your child care provider license. To register for a Providers Choice conference or child care related workshop, click the View Registration Form link for the corresponding conference/workshop. Then print the Registration Form and mail to us!

To register for a conference/workshop not sponsored by Providers Choice, call the contact number listed. Providers Choice is not responsible for accuracy of the number of credit hours posted to this site for conferences or workshops not sponsored by Providers Choice.
