The Magic of Healthy Living
What is the secret to a long and healthy life? Is it all
in the genes or do the everyday choices we make have a greater impact on our overall
health and wellness? At this workshop we’ll explore this question and discover
some magic steps that can impact our health and wellness. We’ll share how
to find whole grain foods and discuss how increasing consumption of whole grains
can benefit overall health. Food program participants will meet CACFP annual training
requirements by attending this session and will receive a certificate for 2 hours
of training. This workshop fulfills the annual training requirements for CACFP
participants.
