HIS Blessings child care began when my first son was born. I love being a mom and began HIS Blessings, when he turned eight months old. I have been blessed by many families in the past and currently for 17 years now. The most important goal I strive for is that your child feels very loved and special in an environment other than their home. I believe all children are a special and precious gift from our Lord, hence HIS Blessings was born. My home is inviting, fun, educational as well as loving. We need to work together as a team to ensure your child's needs are being met and that we both are on the same page for consistency in your child's life.

We have a beautiful park-like setting in our backyard that is fenced and private with a sport court and large sandboxed area with Little Tikes toys and a Backyard Adventure playset with swings.

HIS Blessings begins with breakfast and then circle time where we acknowledge the weather and calendar and sing the ABC's, count to 20, read stories and sing songs and dance; we then have free time and group time incorporating our learning or art activity, lunch follows and then we brush our teeth and have a story time before nap/quiet time. We then wake feeling refreshed and have a snack and free play until pickup time.

We have parties for our holidays and birthdays and have special visitors from time to time. We also participate in social activities if your family signs up for them which may be giving to the food shelf, visiting a nursing home and playing games with the elderly, filling a shoe box for Samaritan's Purse, etc.

I give my parents a monthly calendar listing the activities planned for the month and special days. You will also bring home a daily activity sheet which informs you of your child's day. If you prefer an email instead of paper, just let me know.
